I enlisted in the United States Army 2010, shortly after graduating with a BA in psychology and criminology. I served for 12 years and was medically retired in 2021, residing in Tampa, Florida.
I am licensed in Florida and Virginia and support clients online. After graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a Master of Social Work, I immediately began a Master of Business Administration from Chapman School of Business at Florida International University. I began practicing 2018 as an outpatient therapist, working with troubled youth and mandated offenders.
My approach is highly personalized, integrating innovative, evidence-based techniques to help clients achieve powerful change. Modalities I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Couples and Individual Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
I know firsthand the complex pieces that lead to full recovery. I also know the process can be uplifting and potentially life-changing. If you’d like to have a healthier relationship with yourself, your partner, or your emotions, get in touch. I’d love to hear what you have to say.
